I have been an Atheist for less than a year and this story has been like the story of my life... I spent 11 yrs in a christian cult trying desperately to gain acceptance from god and his people only to discover that was hollow and empty on the inside. I began searching for answers after 3 years of self doubt and severe depression because I had "fallen short of the grace of god" then I came across Pat Condell and my eyes were open for the first time.. I am so glad that I have made my way from insanity to reason. 'She wished she had met him sooner, but knew that her first marriage prepared her for the maturity she needed to live a confident, free life with Reason later. And for that she was most grateful.'
