Why can they not just accept the fact that some people have mental problems which prevent them from having empathy and/or decent morals?

The fact are MOST people LIE and they lie very frequently. And most people really do NOT have very high integrity at all. Very sadly, it IS, the way it is.

FYI, we Atheists only make up around 10% of the US population. Yet according to many Christians, as we have no moral teachings to follow and thus are really terrible people, I ask why are less than 1/2 of one percent of those in prison Atheists?

IF we were only as criminal as religious people have proven they are, at last 10% of those in prisons would be Atheists. This proves Atheists do not need any religious BS to be more moral than are religious people.

I really wish those who believe in one, or more, of the 25,000 gods humans have invented, named and then worshipped so far would please explain:

Just how could any truly All Powerful, All Knowing “god” who was also supposedly a Caring. Kind, Compassionate, Fair, Just and Loving ever possibly create a world like ours?

One which has Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Land Slides, Tsunamis, Volcanoes, Wild Fires, Tornados, Floods and Plagues?

Just how could a god with all the positive attributes the Christian god is supposed to have ever create a world filled with living things which are forced to kill other living things to eat in order to live?

How could any ‘god’ who is supposedly Loving, Caring, Fair, Compassionate, Kind and Just who was also ALL Powerful and ALL Knowing possibly create a world filled with humans who starve, beat, rape, torture and kill each other as well as other living things?

Who commit terrorist acts and conduct wars over whose set of religious beliefs are right?

Logically, there are only two possible rational answers.

A. The Christian god as He-She-It is Described just does NOT Exist!

OR

B. The God of the Christians is really one totally INCOMPETENT god!

And FYI, neither a non-existent god or any incompetent god are worthy of any respect, much less your worship!

What this indicates to me is the idea that the spirit world doesn’t exist. The comment doesn’t take away the fact that satan doesn’t exist but then how does a person explain the atrocities committed by some people? Whether leaders or simplier people? Is it now that since we live in a science world everything can be explained by the psyche?

First: There is NO Secular PROOF your boy JC is ANY more real than is anything else in the Christian MYTH!

Second, The reason MOST FORMER Christians who have DE-CONVERTED did so had NOTHING what-so- ever to do with being treated badly by other Christians.

As you can discover by reading sufficient
number of “De-Conversions” stories, the reason most Former Christians left their Childish Christian myth and it’s god** on the trash pile of history is the same reason most intelligent people go from being a “Liberal” to being more Conservative.

It is called, INCREASED KNOWLEDGE!

** (The Christian “god” being only ONE of the TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND different “gods” humans have first Invented, then Named & Worshipped so far.)

FYI, due to the internet, in the last 20 plus years, Atheist numbers have DOUBLED from an estimated THIRTY MILLION American Atheists to SIXTY MILLION!

Were it not for the programmed religious robots, both legal and illegal, coming in from third world countries, Christians would be in deep dodo as far as their becoming a minority.

Third, aside from the fact, I am against the Christian religion as no intelligent, sane and rational person who was NOT programmed into religious belief would believe anything about it is true, I am against it for all the misery, bigotry and hate which believing in it has proven to produce.

We have 20,000 manuscripts, and none of them are original manuscrips and none of them match. So that’s not much of an argument. If your god meant to get us his message though one perfect book, he sure did a lousy job of making sure that the correct text was preserved for us.

Some of us didn’t have any “bad experiences”. I know I didn’t. I just realized that the whole thing is a bunch of hooey. And no matter how fancily you dress up that hooey, it’s still hooey.
